Chemo & Recipe
No time to type much, this morning. I have to be at my chemo appointment at 8:30am (I'm SO not a morning person)!!!
The recipe for last night's cranberry chicken came from my Aunt Doris. The recipe is very easy and 99% of people I've served say they love it.
CRANBERRY CHICKEN
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (patted dry - very important)
1 Can Whole Cranberry Sauce
1 Sm. Bottle French Dressing
1 Package Dry Onion Soup MixMix the 3 items together and cover the chicken breasts with mixture.
Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes, or until breasts are done.I usually double the sauce ingredients, make white rice, and serve the sauce over the rice AND the chicken.
There you have it!
Gotta Run!
Be Blessed ~

Excellent recipe! I make one similar and call it Hawiaan Chicken and use 1/2 jar orange marmalade, 1 dry onion soup, 1/2 Russian dressing (or French or Catalina)
Praying for you daily!
Pray your appointment goes well. I will have to try this recipe, but I will have to figure out what I can use in place of the cranberries, since I can't get them here. There is something called Tyttlebær which is similar, so I may use that. Sounds really yummy!
Yummy! I must try it. Praying your appointment goes well and I just wanted to say what a wonderful attitude you have and what a wonderful example you are to all. You are such an amazing example of a Godly woman going through a difficult time. Blessings.
Oh that does sound good! And I bet the house smells wonderful while it's cooking. May many prayers surround you today~hugs~Dawne
I pray your treatment went well, & you are having a good day today! That chicken does sound good!
